Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 3/4 cup whole wheat or gluten free flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325F
  • Grease 9×5 inch loaf pan
  • In a medium bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Set aside
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil, syrup, milk and vanilla. Add in bananas then flour mixture and chocolate chips. Stir ingredients.
  • Pour batter into greased pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until inserted toothpick is clean. Cool for 5-10 minutes.
