Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1-2 ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 almond milk
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
Instructions
  • place all ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and creamy
  • scoop batter onto lightly greased griddle using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake 
  • flip pancakes when they start to bubble
  • enjoy with some butter and syrup!
