Egg Muffins – A Great Way to Save Some Time by Prepping a Few Days of Breakfast!
Ingredients 12 large eggs 2 tbsp chopped white onion 1 cup chopped spinach tricolor tomatoes 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese salt and pepper, to taste Instructions Preheat oven to 350F lightly spray 12 cup muffin tin with non stick spray in a large bowl, whisk together eggs and season with salt and pepper, to taste add onions, spinach, tomatoes and cheese and mix together add egg mixture halfway up into each tin of greased muffin tin bake for 20-25 minutes Enjoy!
